Our Client, a leading manufacturer of ophthalmic equipment, microsurgical instruments and pharmaceuticals is seeking to engage with experienced Talent Management and Learning and Development who can deliver the following responsibilities:
- Lead annual talent review cycles and ensure high‑quality talent data.
- Drive succession planning for critical roles, identifying successors and assessing readiness.
- Provide talent insights and recommendations to support workforce planning.
- Improve tools, processes, and methods to strengthen talent identification and development.
- Design and animate talent exposure and people committees - ensuring strong follow-up and closure on actions
- Design and develop talent and leadership programs to develop and nurture talent
- Managing and monitoring talent programs.
- Facilitate capability development through – TNI, Calendar, designing training programs / identifying external partner for imparting training, documentation, effectiveness evaluation, Skill inventory
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Capacity: Full time
Travel : On need basis to Mfg plants / Sales Branch office across India
Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's a plus.
- 10+ years in Talent Management or HR, ideally with succession planning experience.
- Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems , talent assessment tools and L&D
