Freelance Consultant - Talent Acquisition

Our Client, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company , is looking to engage with TA/Recruitment Consultant.

Required to handle end to end recruitment for roles in Supply Chain, HR, Procurement and other support functions.

- Understand the roles and skills

- coordinate with external partners and leverage platforms as needed

- for the first round of screening and shortlisting

- directly interact with business stakeholders

- manage the full cycle of recruitment incl. negotiations, rolling out offers, supporting onboarding as needed.

Years of Experience:- 8-10 yrs experience ,

Location- Mumbai,

Work Mode- Onsite

Capacity- Full time

Duration- Minimum 3 months, extendable

Preferred Start Date- 14/15 April

Pharma and FMCG exp is expected

Skills Required

1-A university degree holder in H.R./ Business Administration.

2-Minimum of 8-10 years of HR Operations related experience (Talent Acquisition),

3-Communication skills in English. Other spoken language(s) is an

advantage.

4-Strong computer knowledge in word processing / database software e.g. Excel including

Powerpoint presentation

5-Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.

6-Excellent interpersonal skills and networking.
