Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking to engage with a Consultant Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily & Weekly Reporting
- Own and update daily trackers for PW + Oral (Primary, Secondary, Stock, Fill Rate, GTM metrics).
- Ensure all reports are updated on time and error-free
2. Monthly Business Review Support
- Prepare monthly performance reports as required (category performance, region-wise insights, gap identification).
- Maintain the MIS repository for all recurring reports.
- Consolidate inputs from Sales, CSP, and Category teams for seamless MBR preparation.
3. Data Management & Governance
- Maintain data accuracy by validating inputs from SAP, Atlan, and field reporting systems.
- Ensure correct mapping of SKUs, channels, branches, and regions each cycle.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all reports.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with different channel CSP for smooth information flow.
- Support request-based analysis from Category Managers or CSP leads across PW + Oral.
6. Automation & Process Improvement
- Drive automation of recurring reports using Excel macros, Power Query, Power BI.
- Continuously upgrade dashboards to improve visibility and speed of decision making.
- Improve accuracy and timeliness of reporting through system enhancements and SOP documentation
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot, Power Query) & PowerPoint.
- Experience in SAP / APO / Distributor Systems is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and derive clear insights.
- Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work with speed under tight timelines.
- High ownership, structured working style, and problem-solving mindset.
