Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Chennai. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the entire real estate transaction process. The role also involves promoting available properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Real Estate License
- Proficient knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market trends
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Effective Sales skills, including negotiation and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
