About the Role

We are looking for an experienced freelance cold caller to support our pre-sales outreach. The role involves contacting provided leads, qualifying prospects, and setting qualified appointments. This is a high-urgency requirement, and the selected candidate should be able to start immediately.

There will be 2-3 hours of work per day for 4-5 days per week. We will give detailed ideas and scripts and guide you to help close calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make around 100 outbound calls to assigned leads per day

Qualify prospects based on relevance and interest

Book qualified appointments and ensure attendance through follow-ups

Maintain clear communication and basic call notes

Follow provided scripts and sales guidelines

Meet daily outreach and conversion targets

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Lead generation, appointment setting, and cold calling experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain thorough records of client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management techniques, and proficiency in technology used for remote work.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: INR 10,000 + Incentives based on appointment show ups
