Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Data Analytics Consultant with strong experience in clinical trial analytics, RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management), and data visualization.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven insights across the clinical trial lifecycle, from study start-up to close-out. This role requires strong expertise in R programming, Spotfire (or similar tools), and clinical data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Support end-to-end clinical trial analytics from study start-up to close-out
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Spotfire or similar tools
- Perform clinical data review and provide actionable insights for ongoing trials
- Support RBQM activities including KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and QTLs (Quality Tolerance Limits)
- Manage analytics workload across multiple studies (13–15 studies aligned to therapeutic areas)
- Translate complex analytical outputs into business-friendly insights (data storytelling)
- Identify risks, trends, and quality issues within clinical trial data
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design reports, KPIs, and analytical deliverables
Required Skills
- Strong experience in clinical data analytics within Pharma / CRO environment
- Hands-on experience with R programming (R Studio)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire (preferred) or similar
- Knowledge of RBQM concepts including KRIs and QTLs
- Experience working with clinical trial data
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
- Ability to translate technical data into business insights
- Good understanding of statistics, analytics, and data interpretation
Nice to Have
- Experience with Veeva Vault
- Exposure to Immunology / Non-Oncology studies
- Experience working with pharma clients such as Pfizer, Merck, AbbVie
- Knowledge of Python for analytics or automation
- Experience with PostgreSQL
