Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with hospitals and healthcare organizations across India.
Generate new business through LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, emails, calls, and networking.
Build relationships with HR Managers, Hospital Administrators, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment services.
Schedule meetings and convert prospects into active clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships.
Update daily activity and lead status.

Who Can Apply

Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, HR, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.
