Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for Nirav Studios.

This is a remote, performance-driven role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Bengaluru and Pune due to better access to high-potential markets and networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads
  • Identify, approach, and close potential clients across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.)
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development / sales (agency or digital services preferred)
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of generating revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a target-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of digital marketing, reels, or content services is a strong advantage
  • Candidates based in Bengaluru or Pune will be given priority
