Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune District for a full-time, on-site role. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining professional relationships. The candidate will be expected to drive business growth, collaborate with EPC contractors, and align strategies with project objectives to support our execution-driven approach in the infrastructure sector.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a freelance Business Development professional to generate real project leads and subcontract opportunities in the EPC infrastructure sector.

Scope of Work:

  • Identify EPC companies
  • Generate leads for transmission, telecom, solar, and civil projects
  • Connect with project managers, procurement teams, contractors
  • Arrange meetings / site visits
  • Support in closing subcontract deals

Target Sectors:

  • Transmission line projects
  • Telecom tower rollout
  • Solar EPC projects
  • Civil & pipeline infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Experience in EPC / construction / infrastructure sales
  • Strong network in contractors / EPC companies
  • Ability to generate real leads (not just data)

Compensation:

  • Commission-based
  • Bonus on successful deal closure

Location:

Remote + field visits (MP preferred)

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and building strong sales pipelines
  • Experience in Business and Account Management, including fostering client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the EPC/Infrastructure industry is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, tender documentation, and sales strategies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred
