About The Role

We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Partner to help us identify and develop new client relationships for our recruitment services.

This is an independent, flexible opportunity suitable for professionals with experience or networks in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, HR, or client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential companies with recruitment requirements.
• Generate qualified business leads and develop client relationships.
• Connect with HR professionals, founders, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate requirements with our recruitment team.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into recruitment mandates.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective and existing clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to independently identify and develop business opportunities.
• Existing professional or corporate networks are an advantage.
