Role Description The Freelance Business Associate is a full-time remote role focused on identifying, onboarding, and supporting clients and partners interested in launching or expanding trading-related businesses. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential brokers, trading academies, IBs, MIBs, and investors through online and direct communication channels, presenting Traders Quote Software's solutions, and explaining available business models and revenue-sharing arrangements. The associate will maintain relationships with existing partners, provide guidance on available fintech and operational services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and ongoing support. This role also involves monitoring market trends in Forex, Crypto, and related sectors, contributing to outreach and marketing initiatives, and preparing regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and grow partner networks in fintech or trading-related industries.
• Knowledge of Forex, Crypto, CFD, and Binary Trading markets, including trading platforms, brokerage structures, and common business models (affiliate, IB/MIB, investor partnerships).
• Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools, with effective verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities, understand partner needs, and align them with appropriate solutions, revenue-sharing options, and setup models.
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing full-time responsibilities in a remote, performance-driven environment.
• Previous experience in fintech, brokerage services, financial services, or online education/academies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort with global, multicultural collaboration and willingness to work across different time zones when needed.
