AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems

Work Mode: Part-Time | Remote

Project: AI Banking Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to contribute to an advanced AI-driven banking digital marketing project. The role involves developing intelligent AI solutions, multi-agent systems, Generative AI applications, NLP/ML models, and cloud-based solutions.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries
Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agent system development
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience with Gemini and open-source Generative AI/LLM models
Working knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning
Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and transformers
Experience with Generative AI, including:
GANs
Text generation
Text-to-image generation
LLM-based applications
Strong data wrangling and data manipulation skills
Experience with SQL, data cleaning, and feature engineering
Hands-on GCP experience

Good to Have

Experience with both on-premises and cloud development
CI/CD experience
Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production environments

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions for complex business problems
Build and integrate multi-agent AI systems
Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Prepare, clean, and transform datasets for AI/ML model development
Implement advanced NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI techniques
Evaluate AI architectures, models, and hyperparameters
Optimize model performance and address potential bias and responsible AI considerations
Develop scalable AI solutions using GCP

Ideal Candidate

Professionals with strong hands-on experience in Python, Generative AI, ML/NLP, Google ADK, Gemini, and GCP, who can independently contribute to an AI-focused banking project on a part-time remote basis.
