A quick recap about the opportunity: Outlier works with leading AI companies to improve their models through human feedback. We're looking for detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to help train AI voice, image, and video models.

The work: Talk with AI voice models and rate how natural they sound, compare AI-generated images and videos, spot flaws like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or text errors, and explain your ratings in writing.

Why it works for you: It's remote and freelance, with flexible hours.

What you need:

• Fluent English and clear writing
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above
• A computer, reliable internet, headphones, and a quiet place to talk
• Your answers must be your own work. Please don't use AI tools.
