Our client is looking for a dynamic Agile Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of digital initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure Agile best practices, and deliver projects aligned to business goals with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital/software projects.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Track project KPIs, ROI, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and collaboration.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in managing mid-to-large-scale digital projects
- Hands-on experience with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Excellent communication skills in English (must).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong leadership skills.
- Hands on experience in building nice and effective PowerPoint presentations.
- PMP certification will be appreciated.
