Our client, is a social enterprise that manages the organic tea cultivation and manufacturing, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the follower responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
1-Set up and configure QuickBooks Online (not desktop) for a US-based entity, including chart of accounts.
2-Migrate existing financial data accurately into QuickBooks Online.
3-Integrate one bank account and two credit cards, ensuring smooth bank feeds and reconciliation.
4-Establish a professional invoicing and A/R workflow with a foolproof process to match deposits to open invoices.
5-Configure and manage inventory and COGS tracking across Shopify, Amazon, and warehouse systems.
6-Integrate QuickBooks with Shopify, Amazon, WMS, and relevant payment platforms.
7-Set up standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
8-Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and best practices.
9-Develop SOPs and documentation for daily bookkeeping and reconciliation.
10-Train internal team members on invoicing, reporting, and system usage.
11-Provide quarterly reviews to optimize processes and resolve issues.
Note:
Phase 1 (Setup): 2–4 weeks (full-time, 5 days/week)
Phase 2 (Ongoing): Quarterly check-ins (1–2 days each) for up to 12 months
