As a Freelance Academic Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating educational engagement activities for students or professionals and enrolling them in various programs. You will build relationships with companies, institutes, identify opportunities, and facilitate enrollment processes.

Job Description

Develop and implement enrollment strategies to achieve high success rates.

Manage enrollment processes, including registration and career counseling.

Build and maintain relationships with academic partners, institutes and industry leaders to secure opportunities.

Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and mock interviews to motivate candidates for registration.

Coordinate with internal teams for enrollment, engagement, and internship opportunities.

Manage reporting and documentation of data, including participant status, feedback, and improvement areas.

Qualification

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in placement coordination, academics or any institutional role.

Experience working with training institutes, educational organizations, or universities is a plus.

Prior experience in handling freelancing or remote placement projects is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.

Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities to build and maintain academic relations for enrollment opportunities.
