Role Description

We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist to join our team in Bengaluru. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for creating production-ready 3D assets, covering the pipeline from modeling through texturing. You will work on characters, props, and environment assets while maintaining clean topology, optimized geometry, and high visual quality suitable for game and cinematic use.

Responsibilities include collaborating with designers and team members, following structured workflows, and ensuring assets meet technical and artistic standards required for production use.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling using tools such as Blender, Maya, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of texturing workflows and material creation.
• Knowledge of asset optimization and clean topology for real-time applications.
• Good understanding of lighting and presentation for asset showcasing.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience creating assets for games, cinematics, or real-time projects is a plus.

NOTE

This position will be unpaid for an initial period of 34 months, intended as a collaborative production phase while building studio portfolio work and pipeline experience.
