Filmuix is a creative media agency dedicated to helping brands, creators, and businesses tell powerful visual stories. We specialize in high-quality video production, 3D animation, motion graphics, content strategy, and digital storytelling that connects with audiences and drives engagement.

We're looking for a Junior 3D Animator (freelance or full-time) to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in 3D animation principles and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver 3D animation project files as per the provided sketchboards and briefs
• Work primarily on animation tasks final rendering will be handled by the company
• Animate based on completed storyboards / animation guides (no need to design concepts from scratch)
• Maintain consistency and quality across projects while collaborating with the team

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of 3D Animation Principles
• Experience in:
• 3D Animation
• Modeling & Rigging
• Simulations (basic level)
• Character Animation
• Character Facial Animation
• Familiarity with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar
• Good sense of timing, spacing, and motion
• Ability to follow references and feedback accurately
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously

Compensation & Growth:

• 10,000 15,000 per month, based on expertise
• Performance-based bonuses
• Salary increment within 23 months for consistent and high-performing candidates
