Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Freelance 2D Animation Expert. The professional will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality 2D animations, developing storyboards, and collaborating on motion graphics that bring concepts to life. Daily tasks will also include enhancing visual storytelling and ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D Animation and Animation software
• Experience in Graphics and Motion Graphics creation
• Strong skills in Storyboarding and visual narrative planning
• Creative mindset and keen attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar software
• Prior experience in creating animations for varied industries is a plus

Role Overview

This is a skill-first opportunity — experience is not a limitation if you can demonstrate strong animation capabilities through your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D animations (episodes ranging from 1:55 to 2:00 minutes)
• Design and develop character models (4 sides – front, back, left, right)
• Create engaging and visually appealing backgrounds
• Deliver project assets aligned with creative direction and timelines

Compensation Structure

• 1,000 – 2,000 per minute of animation (based on quality and complexity)
• Per episode remuneration (approx. 2 minutes each)
• First project value: 1,00,000

Work Setup

• 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)
• Project-based engagement with potential for long-term collaboration

Additional Terms

• Mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
