Job Title: Fraud Investigator

We are seeking a talented Fraud Investigator to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. As part of our Financial Crime & Fraud Collective, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding customer funds and building a safer financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate suspicious transactions and uncover potential threats

- Provide guidance and support to customers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve cases efficiently

Requirements:

- 6 months+ experience in Fraud Monitoring, AML, or related field

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and other relevant tools

- Typing speed: 25 wpm with 85% accuracy

Shift Details:

- 9 Hours x 5 days a week (rotational shifts)

Benefits:

- Salary: 3.7L - 4.5L PA (commensurate with experience)

- 5-day workweek with rotational shifts
