This is a full-time, on-site role for a multifaceted position as a Frappe Developer, ERPNext Functional, and Digital Marketing Manager based in Kozhikode. The role involves developing and customizing ERPNext solutions, implementing functional modules, developing strategies for digital marketing initiatives, and managing campaigns to enhance online presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and staying updated on industry trends are integral to this position.

• Proficiency in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development, customization, and implementation
• Knowledge of ERPNext functional modules and the ability to optimize workflow processes
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy, including SEO, social media management, and digital campaigns
• Strong skills in web development, including database structures, APIs, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Familiarity with analytics tools and a results-oriented approach is an advantage
