We're Hiring | Franchise Sales – Full-Time (Chennai) & Freelance (PAN India)

Chai Waale is rapidly expanding across India and is looking for driven Franchise Sales Professionals to accelerate our retail growth.

If you have a strong background in closing franchise deals and understand QSR / F&B franchise models, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand.

Open Positions:

1. Full-Time – Chennai (Work from Office)

2. Freelance – Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified franchise leads

• Present and pitch the franchise model & ROI potential

• Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements

• Onboard and coordinate with new franchise partners

• Achieve sales targets independently

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on franchise deal closures (Mandatory)

• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

Experience:

• Total Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)

• Franchise Sales Experience: 2+ Years (Mandatory)
