Role
Full-time, on-site Franchise Manager — anywhere in India, with travel across the assigned region.
The Franchise Manager owns the franchise lifecycle in their territory: signing new partners, driving revenue at existing academies, ensuring brand and operational compliance, and being the trusted bridge between franchisees and HQ. The role is measured on signings, partner profitability, and territory growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and sign new franchise partners across the assigned region
- Counsel prospects on viability, ROI, and operating model
- Drive revenue and enrolment growth at existing academies
- Monitor compliance with brand, academic, and operational standards
- Coordinate local marketing and admissions with the central team
- Resolve franchise-related issues with a solution-first approach
- Train and mentor franchise teams on Orane systems
Who we're looking for
- 5–8 years in consultative B2B sales, franchise development, or business advisory
- Deep local or regional network in the assigned market — you know who's building, who's looking to expand, who has capital ready to deploy
- Background in product distribution, dealer-distributor networks, or franchise sales is preferred — but not mandatory. Network depth and consultative skill matter more to us than category pedigree
- Exposure to beauty, wellness, or education is a plus, not a must
- Sharp at reading markets, qualifying intent, and closing
• Comfortable with pan-India travel
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
