Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional to drive franchise and channel partner acquisition. The role involves identifying potential partners, presenting the business opportunity, managing the sales process, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential franchise and channel partners.
• Present the business model and partnership opportunity.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and sales pipeline through CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
• 2–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, HNI Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
Job Details
Employment Type: Full-time (Work From Office)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
