Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion for Bachpan Play School across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, converting prospects, and managing the complete franchise sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage franchise leads through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
Connect with potential investors and explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site discussions with prospective franchise partners.
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and franchise onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/lead records.
Willingness to travel Pan India as required.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Experience in the education/franchise industry will be an added advantage.
