Job Description

Role – Franchise Sales Head

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Head to lead franchise expansion, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing franchise sales, leading negotiations, and achieving aggressive business targets.

Key Responsibilities -

  1. Lead and drive franchise sales and business development strategies to achieve aggressive expansion and revenue goals.
  2. Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across key markets for business growth.
  3. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with potential franchise partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  4. Drive the complete franchise sales lifecycle including lead generation, prospect meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  5. Develop market expansion plans and execute growth strategies across retail, hospitality, wellness, or consumer brand segments.
  6. Monitor sales pipeline, franchise onboarding, conversion metrics, and revenue performance through CRM and reporting systems.
  7. Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure target achievement and operational excellence.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth franchise onboarding and partner success.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development with leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record in franchise expansion, revenue generation, and strategic business growth.
  • Strong expertise in deal closures, negotiations, and partner acquisition.
  • Highly target-driven with strong ownership and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM
