Franchise Sales Expert

LOCATION : Gurgaon

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Franchise Sales Expert who can drive the expansion of our through a franchise model.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a consultative selling mindset,and the ability to close high-ticket franchise deals with entrepreneurs, business owners.

This role is perfect for someone who understands edtech or recruitment businesses, franchise economics, and relationship-driven sales, and wants to build a scalable national footprint in the hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs, HR professionals, consultants, and agencies.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard potential franchise partners through calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Explain the franchise model, revenue potential, operational process, and support system clearly to prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess franchisee fit (investment capability, market understanding, intent).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead to closure to onboarding handover.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead funnels, pitch decks, and sales collaterals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure smooth franchise launch.
  • Collect market feedback to improve franchise offerings and positioning.
