Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement

Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchise leads and follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and other channels.

Engage with potential investors to understand their business goals and introduce them to the company's franchise opportunity.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.

Franchise Sales & Consultation

Clearly and confidently explain the company's franchise model, business concept, investment requirements, and expected returns.

Educate potential partners about the brand value, operational support, and long-term growth opportunities.

Identify and evaluate prospective franchise partners based on financial capability, business mindset, and market potential.

CRM & Lead Management

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data, call notes, follow-ups, and deal progress.

Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Meeting Coordination

Schedule meetings, discovery calls, or presentations for the Franchise Sales Manager or Business Development leadership team.

Coordinate and confirm appointments with interested investors.

Follow-ups & Deal Closure

Conduct consistent follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads and address concerns.

Assist in negotiating and closing franchise agreements in coordination with senior management.

Performance & Targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Continuously work towards improving lead conversion rates and sales performance.

Market Insights & Reporting

Provide post-call feedback and insights on lead quality, customer objections, and market trends.

Share recommendations to improve the franchise sales process and marketing campaigns.

Customer Experience

Address investor queries promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing transparent and helpful information throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
