Franchise Relationship Manager

Founded in Chandigarh in 2002, Headmasters is now recognized as Asia's largest standalone SPALON on high street, with numerous national and international awards. Operating in a state-of-the-art 17,000 sq. ft. facility since 2007, it is supported by a team of over 150 well-trained professionals. The salon proudly serves approximately 75,000 clients annually, offering top-notch services to its diverse clientele.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Franchise Relationship Manager. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with franchise partners, ensuring compliance with brand standards, providing operational support, devising strategies to enhance franchise performance, and facilitating communication between franchisees and the head office. The role also involves conducting periodic reviews with franchises and exploring avenues for continuous growth and development of the brand.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in franchise management, business development, or operations
• Knowledge of branding and maintaining adherence to organizational standards
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the salon, beauty, or service industry is a plus
