About the Role

The Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is expanding its franchise network and is seeking a Franchise Partnership Manager to support partner acquisition and business development.

This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise partners through consultative B2B sales. The position involves managing the partnership sales lifecycle, building professional relationships with prospective partners, and supporting business growth through structured partner onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Lead Engagement

  • Connect with prospective franchise partners and business leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Identify potential franchise partners, investors, and education entrepreneurs interested in business partnerships.
  • Understand partner requirements and evaluate alignment with the BIA franchise model.
  • Deliver structured presentations explaining the franchise opportunity and business model.

Sales & Partnership Development

  • Manage the complete partnership sales lifecycle from initial discussion to agreement finalization.
  • Support franchise acquisition through consultative selling and relationship-based engagement.
  • Participate in commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups to maintain engagement with prospective partners.
  • Work towards achieving assigned partnership and sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build professional relationships with prospective and newly onboarded partners.
  • Represent the organization during business discussions and presentations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with partners during the evaluation and decision process.

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate internally for proposals, documentation, and agreement processing required for deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity updates and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.
  • Support internal teams during the transition and onboarding process once partnerships are finalized.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, franchise sales, or partnership acquisition.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage structured sales discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an advantage.
