Role Description

This opportunity is for a Franchise Partner with the Investment in Goldy's Cafe. The Franchise Partner will oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensure adherence to brand standards, and manage staff efficiently. Responsibilities include implementing training programs for employees, handling finances, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Franchise Partner will also collaborate with the broader Goldy's network to align with the company's franchising model and uphold the vision of the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchising and Ownership, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to lead Training programs and manage teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of Finance and financial management practices.
• Proven track record in Sales and achieving business growth objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for customer service and a team-oriented approach to operations.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
