Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager, located in Madurai. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing franchise operations, building strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing company policies and standards. This role includes overseeing franchisee performance, providing training and support, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless communication between the franchisees and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar panel sales or related field preferred
• Strong skills in Sales, Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Experience in Training, Team Leadership, and Problem-Solving
• Knowledge of the solar energy industry and renewable energy trends is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Any degree
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Travel will be 20% in Madurai & 80% out of Madurai near by cities in a month
