Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager, based in Kanpur. The Franchise Manager will oversee the development and management of franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new franchisees, providing training and support, developing and implementing franchise strategies, and maintaining strong franchisee relationships. The manager will analyze market trends, monitor performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to optimize franchise operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, and Strategy Implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing, Customer Service, and Relationship Building
  • Skills in Financial Analysis, Operations Management, and Sales Planning
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Problem-Solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and address challenges effectively
  • Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
