Job Description

  • The Food and Beverage Industry Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our franchise business by identifying potential franchisees, building relationships, and overseeing the sales process
  • This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure franchisees receive the necessary support and resources for successful operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Development:
  • Identify and target potential franchisees through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective franchisees.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to promote the franchise opportunity.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to signing franchise agreements.
  • Provide detailed information about franchise offerings, including financial projections, training programs, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure a smooth contract closing process.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchise inquiries and support.
  • Ensure that franchisees have access to the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential growth opportunities and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market trends and franchise sales performance.
  • Training and Support:
  • Collaborate with the training and support teams to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive training and ongoing assistance.
  • Address franchisee inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all franchise agreements, contracts, and documents are accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards and operational guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal requirements, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for sales meetings and franchisee support.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
