Role Overview:
The Franchise Executive will play a key role in driving the organisations growth by expanding and strengthening the franchise network across target markets. The role involves identifying high-potential partners, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, and building long-term business relationships to support sustainable business expansion.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network across assigned regions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective franchisees.
- Explain business model, ROI, investment structure, and operational support to interested candidates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to franchise closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding, training, and smooth launch of new franchise centres.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide support to ensure business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Retail, Diagnostics, or Pharma industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle investors and business partners professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
