Job Description

Role Overview:

The Franchise Executive will play a key role in driving the organisations growth by expanding and strengthening the franchise network across target markets. The role involves identifying high-potential partners, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, and building long-term business relationships to support sustainable business expansion.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through various channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network across assigned regions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective franchisees.
  • Explain business model, ROI, investment structure, and operational support to interested candidates.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to franchise closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding, training, and smooth launch of new franchise centres.
  • Monitor franchise performance and provide support to ensure business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Retail, Diagnostics, or Pharma industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle investors and business partners professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
