Job Description
- Identify and locate potential franchisees/EBOs across the geographies. Expansion of business through appointing new franchisees/EBOs.
- Responsible for the management of company-owned EBOs and achieving sales target
- Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisees/EBOs are achieved through analysis of its Profit & Loss and KPIs.
- Franchisees/EBOs legal responsibilities, ensuring agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation. Maintaining the company guidelines, values, and agendas.
- Team management and training at franchisees/EBOs
- Visual Merchandising and product & display strategy at franchisees/EBOs
- Brand promotional and customer attraction strategies at franchisees/EBOs
- Assist franchise to achieve sales target and make them profitable to increase footfall in franchisees/EBOs
- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company's franchisee opportunity: attracting newer franchisees.
- Develop the budget for franchise development. Monitor and ensure that budgets are met.
- Market survey for new franchisees/EBOs development
- Identify and locate potential franchisees in the selected markets: discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Assist in the development of Franchise Business Plans
- Address any franchise-related issues
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the retail sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and consumer preferences in the undergarment industry.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business expansion.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives to promote company products and services.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business
- development strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Equivalent
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the retail sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel frequently across Kerala Markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
