Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and engaging potential franchisees, driving franchise sales, and conducting lead generation activities. The candidate will be responsible for business planning, ensuring proper support and resources for franchisees, and providing training to empower them with the necessary skills to succeed. Additionally, the Franchise Development Manager will support the growth and strategic expansion of the Mycleaners brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and solid understanding of Franchising operations
- Expertise in Business Planning with strong skills in developing strategies for franchise growth
- Adept at Lead Generation techniques to identify and attract potential franchisees
- Experience in designing and delivering franchisee Training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with franchise partners
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business expansion
- Flexibility to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
