Franchise Development Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Franchise Development Manager at Jalsa Ventures Pvt Ltd to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting franchise partners to expand our brand presence across PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities .
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and assess their suitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective franchise partners.
• Facilitate franchise recruitment processes, including presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Provide training and support to franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
• Monitor franchise performance and provide strategic advice for growth and improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support franchise growth initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of franchise sales and the franchise business model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and negotiations.
• Proficient in market analysis and research methodologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
