Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager, based in Chandigarh. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing franchise sales, and overseeing the entire franchise development process. Responsibilities include generating leads, creating and presenting business proposals, facilitating successful onboarding of new franchisees, providing training to franchise partners, and ensuring operational excellence. The Franchise Development Manager will play a key role in the company's expansion strategy and will collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and crafting growth strategies
  • Experience in Lead Generation and managing prospect pipelines
  • Strong ability to provide effective Training and support to franchise partners
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
