Franchise Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Executive, located in Surat. The role involves identifying and assessing franchise opportunities, developing business plans, managing projects related to franchise development, and building strong relationships with franchisees. The Franchise Development Executive will also oversee the expansion of the franchise network and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate franchise performance and market opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with franchisees
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Project Management to support franchise operations and expansion
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales, with the ability to drive franchise growth and generate revenue
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in franchise management or the automotive industry is a plus
