Job Title :Franchise Development Manager

Location:FranchiseBazar, Bangalore Head Office

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Executives to join our fast-paced and growth-oriented team. This role is perfect for sales professionals with a proven track record in franchise sales, dealer, distributor, or channel partner appointments. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Education & Training or F&B & Retail franchise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute franchise sales for key accounts, ensuring alignment with client expansion plans.
  • Act as a business consultant, guiding entrepreneurs in identifying franchise opportunities that match their goals.
  • Broker franchise deals by connecting brands and entrepreneurs, negotiating terms, and enabling transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and contribute to team success through collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales, with a track record of selling at least 10+ franchisees.
  • Strong verbal presentation, entrepreneurial mindset, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to generate revenue, understand diverse businesses, and work rigorously in a sales environment.

Education, Experience, Language and Other Requirements:

1) Bachelor's or Master's Degree Preferably in Marketing, Commerce, Sales.

2) Prior Franchise Sales Experience with very good franchisee sign up track record.

3) Language Fluency: Fluent English & Hindi is compulsory.

In addition:

Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam / Any One South Indian Language for South Indian Markets as you will work with clients in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala & AP.

Gujarati/Marathi- West India Team for clients in Gujarat / Rajasthan / Maharashtra.

Punjabi - North India Team for clients in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana.

Location: Bangalore HO. Preferably Staying within 30 Minutes Of our Race Course Road Office.

Package:

  • Franchise Sales Managers: 12 LPA (for candidates with 50+ franchise sales experience). The Break Up is 60% Fixed and 40% Variable.
