Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Franchise Development role based in Hyderabad. The Franchise Development professional will identify, qualify, and onboard new franchise partners across EBG Group's key business verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, conducting market research, generating leads, and presenting the franchise value proposition to prospective partners. The role involves coordinating discovery meetings, site visits, and negotiations, as well as supporting franchisees through the agreement, launch, and early operations phases. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to develop training content, ensure brand and operational compliance, and track franchise performance metrics to drive sustainable network growth.

Qualifications

  • Franchise Sales and Sales skills to manage lead generation, outreach, pipeline management, and closure of franchise deals.
  • Franchising and Business skills to understand franchise models, unit economics, contracts, and multi-unit expansion strategies.
  • Training and coaching skills to support onboarding, operational ramp-up, and ongoing capability building for franchise partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Proven experience in franchise development, business development, or channel sales, preferably in any of EBG's focus sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM tools and basic analytics to track performance and optimize processes.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel as needed, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying, approaching, qualifying, and closing franchise partners, master franchisees, city partners, investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners for EBG Group brands.

You will work on lead generation, investor calling, business presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, franchise closure, onboarding coordination, and revenue growth across multiple EBG brands.

This is a high-ownership role for people who can build pipelines, handle serious business conversations, close deals, and grow fast with the group.

Wellness, fitness, hospitality, education, mobility, retail, or real estate expansion sales

Candidates must be target-driven, confident in speaking with investors, strong in follow-ups, and capable of closing business opportunities.
