What You Will Work On
- Franchise acquisition for House Affairs (Home Dcor & Lifestyle Brand)
- Expansion across Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities in India
Your Responsibilities
- Generate franchise leads independently
- Present the House Affairs franchise model to prospects
- Manage the process end-to-end - discussions, negotiations, closures
- Successfully onboard franchise partners
- Coordinate with the internal team post-closure
Who Should Apply
- Proven experience in franchise development / franchise acquisition
- Strong independent deal-closing ability
- Existing network of investors / business owners preferred
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, interiors, FMCG, or real estate is a plus
- Comfortable working in a commission-only setup
