We're expanding rapidly across India and seeking a high-energy Franchise Development Head to drive our franchise network growth.
Role Overview:
Lead franchise sales and expansion for MGrow. Identify, pitch, and close high-value franchise partnerships in education, AI, and EV domains. This is a pure commission role rewarding results—perfect for proven closers who thrive on big wins and uncapped income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for franchise opportunities via digital campaigns, networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Conduct franchise presentations, demos, and ROI analyses tailored to education, AI training, and EV workforce programs.
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements, targeting 50+ new franchises in Year 1.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners in target sectors.
- Track pipeline, optimize sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing for lead gen support.
- Provide post-sale onboarding to ensure franchisee success and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (edtech, EV, or AI experience a plus).
- Proven track record of closing 20+ deals/year with high-value contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable with virtual tools like Zoom and Canva.
- Self-starter mindset with expertise in digital lead gen (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
- Deep understanding of franchise models, ROI calculations, and Indian market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
