Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive high-quality franchise sign-ups by converting central leads and self-generated leads
  • Conduct strong sales pitches and close franchise/deal opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end operationalization of new partner centres
  • Guide partners on property identification as per company criteria
  • Ensure timely collection of franchise fees
  • Coordinate billing of required furniture & equipment
  • Share franchise manuals and ensure partners are fit-out ready within timelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams till centre inauguration
  • Support partners with welcome kits and launch readiness
  • Execute pre-launch marketing activities in coordination with marketing team
  • Ensure visibility, enquiries, and POP material placement
  • Handle sales administration & compliance
  • Lead Management System updates
  • Funnel management
  • KYC validation and MOU/Agreement closure
