The Franchise Manager – Healthcare will be responsible for expanding and managing healthcare franchise partners such as clinics, wellness centers, diagnostic centers, and healthcare service outlets. The role focuses on partner acquisition, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth, while ensuring consistent patient experience and brand standards across all franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and launch healthcare franchise partners (clinics, wellness centers, diagnostic partners, service centers)
- Manage the complete franchise lifecycle—from territory evaluation to go-live and scale-up
- Ensure franchise partners comply with healthcare regulations, clinical SOPs, and brand guidelines
- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth across franchise locations
- Support franchise partners with pricing, service mix, and local outreach strategies
- Monitor KPIs such as patient footfall, revenue, service utilization, and partner performance
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure clinical quality, service standards, and data privacy compliance
- Coordinate with internal medical, operations, IT, and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Train franchise partners on healthcare products, digital platforms (EMR, teleconsultation, wellness programs), and workflows
- Act as the escalation point for partner concerns and resolve operational or commercial issues
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with franchise owners and medical professionals

- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and franchise operations
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, patient experience, and clinical workflows
- Experience in managing clinics, diagnostics, wellness, or hospital partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions
- High ownership mindset with readiness for extensive field travel
Qualifications
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / MHA preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in healthcare franchise management, hospital partnerships, or healthcare business development
