Role Description The Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, and conducting negotiations and agreement closures. The manager will coordinate onboarding activities, including training franchise partners on operational standards, platform usage, compliance requirements, and customer service expectations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a pipeline of prospects, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with operations and finance teams, and ensuring that new franchises align with brand and service quality standards. The role also requires regular field visits within Bengaluru, relationship management with franchise partners, and continuous process improvements to enhance franchise performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and franchise acquisition skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation.
• Experience in partner onboarding, training, and operations setup, preferably in mobility, logistics, or retail networks.
• Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive process and franchise improvements.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage workflows and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in franchise management, sales, or channel development is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and local languages (such as Kannada) to effectively engage with franchise partners in Bengaluru.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with willingness to travel within the city for meetings and site visits.
