Role Description

The Fragrance Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers in selecting fragrances, providing expert advice based on product knowledge, handling retail transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The associate will engage with customers to understand their preferences, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge related to fragrances and ability to educate customers on product offerings.
• Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive and personalized shopping experience for all clients.
• Friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and ability to collaborate with team members in a high-paced retail setting.
• Prior experience in retail or fragrance sales is an asset; additional training will be provided.
