Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Fractional CTO role based in Indore, with flexibility for remote work. The Fractional CTO will provide strategic technology leadership and guide technical teams to develop innovative solutions in line with the company's objectives. Responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing existing technologies, leading the architecture of scalable systems, advising on emerging AI trends, and driving digital transformation initiatives for diverse industries. Additionally, the Fractional CTO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and security.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI Software Development, Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Analytics
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture, enterprise software development, and IoT solutions
• Experience with digital transformation, data analytics, and visualization
• Proficiency in Web and Mobile Application Development
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of advanced technology trends and their business applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Experience in startups and/or industries such as FinTech, healthcare, e-commerce, and smart manufacturing is a bonus
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and certification is an advantage
