Role: Fractional CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Job Description:

RBC is looking for industry leaders in Technology function, who can workagainst equity. Leaders with min. 12+ years of experience and have exposure working with startup ecosystems and motivation to work and develop start-ups is a must.

1. Technology Roadmap, prioritization, version control for Development, estimation to deliver to satisfy business goals

2. Reviews the product design against requirements

3. Able to write code and help building MVP/Platform Scalability

4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection for product

5. Build lean team to lead, and mentor the tech team.

6. Adoption of sustainable tech and practices for better quality, manage risk

7. Bring innovation and optimization

• Min 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Product Management functions
  
• Exposure to AI ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI methodologies
  
• BTech or Equivalent
  

• Fractional: 15-month engagement, with option to extend.
  
• Remote with occasional onsite visit.
